Privacy Policy

What ArbiLayer collects when you use the site, why, and the choices you have.

Last updated October 1, 2026

Summary

  • You can use ArbiLayer without an account. We do not ask for your name, email or wallet.
  • We do not sell personal data and do not run third-party advertising trackers.
  • Basic technical logs are kept for security and to keep the service running.

Information we collect

Technical data. When your browser requests a page, our servers and our network provider receive standard request data: IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, referring page and time of the request. This is used to deliver the page, protect the service from abuse and diagnose errors.

Preferences stored in your browser. Some pages remember choices such as selected filters or columns using your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Information you send us. If you contact us, we receive the details you choose to include in your message.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data, and the service is not directed at children under 16.

How we use information

  • to operate, secure and improve the website;
  • to measure aggregate usage, such as which pages are visited most;
  • to respond to messages you send;
  • to comply with legal obligations.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in running a secure, reliable information service, or on your consent where we ask for it.

Cookies and analytics

ArbiLayer does not use advertising cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics or any cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Third parties and outbound links

We use infrastructure providers (hosting, content delivery and DDoS protection) that process request data on our behalf. Market data is retrieved from public exchange and data-provider APIs; your browser does not contact those providers through our pages unless you follow a link.

Links to exchanges, wallets and other websites may include referral or partner codes. Once you leave ArbiLayer, the privacy policy of the destination applies.

Retention

Server logs are kept for a limited period, normally no longer than 30 days, unless needed longer to investigate abuse or a security incident.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of personal data about you, to object to processing, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, contact [email protected].

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
