Terms of Use

The rules for using ArbiLayer. By using the site you agree to them.

Last updated October 1, 2026

The service

ArbiLayer provides crypto market information: prices, market data, exchange and wallet profiles, funding rates, price spreads between venues, news and related tools. The service is provided for information purposes only.

No advice, no brokerage

Nothing on ArbiLayer is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. ArbiLayer is not a broker, exchange or custodian; we never hold your funds and cannot execute trades for you. See the Risk Disclaimer.

Data accuracy

Data comes from third-party exchanges, APIs and our own calculations. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and spreads, fees and funding rates can change in seconds. Always confirm prices, fees, contract addresses and network details on the venue itself before you act.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • scrape, mirror or bulk-download the site or its API beyond normal personal browsing;
  • resell or redistribute our data or content without written permission;
  • interfere with the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or bypass rate limits;
  • use the service for anything unlawful, including market manipulation or sanctions evasion.

Content and intellectual property

The ArbiLayer name, design, original texts, reviews and software belong to ArbiLayer or its licensors. Third-party names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. News headlines link to their original publishers.

We link to exchanges, wallets and other services we do not control. Some links are referral links and we may receive a commission if you sign up, at no extra cost to you. This never changes the data we show. Your use of any third-party service is governed by its own terms.

Eligibility and local law

You are responsible for making sure that using crypto services, including those listed on ArbiLayer, is legal where you live. Listing a service does not mean it is available or licensed in your country.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArbiLayer is not liable for any loss or damage, including trading losses, lost profits or data loss, arising from your use of or reliance on the service.

Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service, and update these terms at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
