How it works

Users collateralize USDM (an algorithmic stablecoin minted by burning MGP) at Gringotts Bank to create synthetic assets, which then generate returns across various ecosystem applications. The platform is governed through smart contracts without centralized management.
Token and supply
MGP is the governance token of the Magic Power Community and serves as the mechanism for minting USDM stablecoin through a burn mechanism. The total supply is approximately 97.9 trillion tokens with no maximum supply cap specified. MGP is managed entirely through decentralized smart contracts.
