How it works
Pocketnet runs on its own blockchain using SHA-256 consensus with a proof-of-stake mechanism. Node operators must stake Pocketcoin to participate in block production and earn transaction fees. Block rewards are split equally between node operators and content creators determined by community ratings.
Token and supply
Pocketcoin (PKOIN) is the native asset of the Pocketnet blockchain. It serves as the staking token required for node operation and block production. Maximum supply is capped at about 24.4 million PKOIN, with approximately 12.3 million currently in circulation.
