What is KiiChain?
Network design
KiiChain uses a Cosmos-based architecture with EVM-compatible execution. Its CometBFT consensus relies on Proof of Stake. Validators bond KII to participate in proposing and confirming blocks. Holders can delegate KII to validator candidates. The token is designed to pay transaction fees and smart-contract deployment costs. Applications can also use it for collateral and settlement.
Issuance and rollout
The genesis configuration created 1.8 billion KII. Its recorded genesis time is December 5, 2025. The reward model distributes existing tokens rather than creating inflationary staking issuance. Transaction fees provide another source of validator compensation. KII's governance design includes voting on protocol and ecosystem changes. The August 2026 sale disclosure describes testnet and private-mainnet operation ahead of public launch. That disclosure links public-sale token delivery to mainnet launch and technical readiness.
