What is NVIDIA • Robinhood Token?
Asset and collateral
The product provides economic exposure to NVIDIA stock through a blockchain token. Corresponding shares are held with a licensed custodian. Robinhood states that tokens are fully collateralized by the underlying equity. Investors hold an instrument issued by the Jersey entity. They do not acquire direct legal or beneficial ownership of NVIDIA shares. NVIDIA is the underlying company, rather than the token issuer.
Dividends and transfer
Underlying cash dividends are reinvested into additional shares. A multiplier adjusts the stock exposure represented by each token. Consequently, exposure per token can increase beyond one share. Tokens can be held in self-custody wallets and traded through supported venues. Direct redemption with the issuer requires identity and compliance checks. The offering excludes US persons and other restricted jurisdictions. An independent security agent administers collateral realization if the issuer becomes insolvent. The instrument has no cryptocurrency mining schedule.
