Issuer and underlying security
BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance group affiliate, issues SKHYB within the bStocks product range. Binance introduced the token on July 13, 2026. Its underlying instrument is the US-listed SK hynix ADR, rather than the company's Korean-listed ordinary share. The certificates represent an interest in underlying securities held through the product's custody arrangement. Holding the token does not confer direct ownership of the underlying shares. Access is subject to the product's jurisdiction and eligibility restrictions.
Token structure
SKHYB is issued on BNB Smart Chain using the BEP-20 standard. The bStocks design provides one-to-one backing with the corresponding security. Dividends are automatically reinvested under the product mechanism. Eligible users can trade supported bStocks against USDT and transfer them to self-custody wallets. Conversion back into supported account balances uses Binance's conversion service. The service specifies no separate conversion commission or custody management fee, while normal trading fees still apply. Token issuance follows the securities-backed product structure rather than a mining reward schedule.
