Network design

Delegators participate in protocol governance. Decisions can cover upgrades, parameters and treasury allocations. Current developer tools include agent identity and payment integrations. SKALE also provides programmable privacy through threshold encryption. The subscription model separates application infrastructure charges from user-level gas payments.
