What is ZIG Finance?
Network
ZIGChain uses the Cosmos SDK and CometBFT consensus infrastructure. Validators stake ZIG to secure the chain. Holders can delegate to validators and participate in network rewards. The coin pays transaction and smart-contract execution fees. It also supports governance proposals concerning upgrades and network parameters.
Supply and rewards
The chain's genesis supply was 2.5 billion ZIG. Existing community holdings form the largest initial allocation. Staking emissions add supply under a dynamic inflation model. The current published range is 1% to 2%, depending on the share staked. These emissions mean genesis issuance is not a permanent supply ceiling.
Revenue framework
ZIG Markets earns fees from structuring, distributing and servicing yield products. The ZIG 2.0 framework directs a portion toward market purchases of ZIG. Half of acquired coins goes to an ecosystem pool. Validators vote on whether the remaining half should be retired or added to that pool. Pool allocations support infrastructure, integrations and other approved initiatives. Token ownership does not grant equity or a direct claim on business revenues. Acquisitions and their effects depend on actual revenue, governance and implementation.
