What is ADI?
Institutional settlement
ADI DLT Foundation develops ADI Chain and its utility token. The Abu Dhabi foundation was established by Sirius International Holding, the digital subsidiary of IHC. ADI was introduced in December 2025 as an Ethereum ERC-20. The chain uses ZKsync Atlas technology and an EVM-compatible environment. Its prover produces validity proofs that Ethereum verifies to finalize the corresponding state. Institutions can build specialized Layer 3 networks with their own compliance rules and governance.
Usage and supply
ADI pays for transfers and smart-contract execution through the stack's custom gas-token design. It also serves as a settlement asset between users, enterprises and developers. Holders can stake into a treasury-funded reward pool. That reward model avoids minting new tokens. Genesis supply is 999,999,999 ADI. The community fund receives 35% and treasury reserves receive 25%. Private investors, partnerships and the team receive 12%, 10% and 10% respectively. Incentives and liquidity each receive 4%. Team, investor and partnership allocations have a twelve-month cliff followed by a seventy-two-month vesting schedule.
