AI Rig Complex's Handshake program invites projects using Rig. Applicants submit a project proposal for review. The program requests 500 ARC as an anti-spam submission payment. Selected projects can enter its registry. Its published process includes raising ARC or SOL for a liquidity pair. Participating projects are not required to issue their own tokens. The framework itself remains usable independently of owning ARC. ARC transfers and liquidity markets operate on Solana.
