What is ARROWS?
Overview
Arrows is a decentralized options protocol operating on Robinhood Chain. It allows traders to buy and sell vanilla European, cash-settled options on stock tokens including SPY, TSLA, NVDA, AAPL, QQQ, and SPCX. Liquidity providers deposit assets into maturity-based vaults—stock tokens for call options or USDG stablecoin for put options—and earn fees as traders execute trades against those vaults.
How it works
The protocol uses a vault-based model where liquidity comes from segregated pools for calls and puts, each organized by expiration date. Traders purchase options directly from these vaults at prices determined by the available liquidity and protocol parameters. Risk settings are controlled through governance, allowing for protocol evolution and risk management adjustments.
Token and supply
ARROWS has a maximum supply of 1 billion tokens. Token holders can stake ARROWS to participate in fee sharing from protocol revenue generated in USDG. ARROWS also functions as the governance token, giving stakers influence over protocol parameters and risk settings.
