What is BSquared Network?
Network roles
B² Hub provides data-availability infrastructure for the ecosystem. The rollup layer handles application execution. B2 pays transaction gas on the hub. Holders can stake B2 as validators or delegate it for rewards. Governance includes fee adjustments and protocol upgrades. Rollup users can receive fee discounts linked to the token.
Allocation and incentives
The published total allocation is 210 million B2. Staking incentives receive 20% of that allocation. The ecosystem reserve receives 24%. Investor and team allocations have cliffs followed by scheduled releases. Other allocations support public distribution, liquidity and early-user campaigns. B2 incentives also support rollup liquidity bootstrapping. Sequencer staking appears among the token's future use cases. That proposed role is separate from the documented hub-validator staking functions.
