What is Bubblemaps?
Investigations and analytics
Bubblemaps visualizes connections between token holders and their transfers. Its Intel Desk lets the community propose investigations and prioritize cases. BMT supports submission, voting and allocation of investigative resources. The incentive model rewards selected proposals and contributing investigators. The token is also intended to unlock advanced Bubblemaps V2 features.
Supply and allocation
The maximum supply is one billion BMT. At the token generation event, 25.6% was circulating. This launch figure is separate from later circulating supply. Allocations cover airdrops, investors, liquidity, the ecosystem, team and protocol development. The published vesting schedule extends over four years after listing.
Cross-chain design
BMT exists as an SPL token on Solana and a BEP-20 token on BNB Chain. It uses LayerZero's Omnichain Fungible Token system. A cross-chain transfer burns tokens on the source network. An equal quantity is minted on the destination network. This preserves a unified supply rather than creating an additional allocation for each chain.
