What is Chainbase?
Data platform
Chainbase collects and organizes data from multiple blockchains for developers and applications. Its API and SQL products provide access to wallet, token, NFT and other onchain records. Manuscript lets developers build custom data-processing pipelines. The network architecture combines a coordination chain with decentralized execution infrastructure and dual staking. The data layer is designed to produce structured inputs suitable for applications and machine processing. Its 2026 product expansion includes AgentKey and agent access through MCP and micropayment interfaces.
Token model
C launched with deployments on Base and BNB Chain. The published maximum supply is one billion tokens. Its utility model covers dataset access, contributor rewards, execution security and governance. Staking supports the AVS data-processing layer under the network design. Ecosystem and community funding receives 40% of supply, airdrops 13% and worker incentives 12%. Early backers receive 17%, core contributors 15% and liquidity 3%. Team and backer allocations have a 12-month cliff followed by 24 months of linear release. Worker incentives are released over 60 months, while ecosystem allocations follow a 36-month schedule. Team and investor monthly vesting began in July 2026.
