What is Cobak?
Community
Cobak launched its community service in 2018. Its platform brings together cryptocurrency discussion, news and user-generated content. Participants can receive rewards for contributions such as writing useful articles. The project connects those incentives with its broader token economy. CBK is the externally traded asset associated with that system.
Published token model
The whitepaper sets the CBK supply limit at one hundred million tokens. Its second version was published in January 2024. That document distinguishes CBK from an internal utility unit called CC. CBK is assigned a governance role, while CC is intended for activity within the platform. The proposed dual-token model connects content rewards, exchanges between the units and staking pools. Those planned financial mechanisms should be distinguished from the community's established content service. The publication does not establish that every described pool or governance function is already operational.
