What is Cult DAO?

Overview

Cult DAO functions as a decentralized investment platform where token holders collectively direct capital toward decentralized technologies. The protocol is designed to operate autonomously; its smart contracts cannot be modified, upgraded, or accessed by developers or governance bodies once deployed. This immutability is intended to ensure the protocol continues functioning and preserving investments regardless of external pressures.

How it works

CULT is the primary token of the ecosystem, deployed on Ethereum. A 0.4% transaction tax on all CULT transfers feeds the DAO treasury over time. Users can stake CULT to receive dCULT, a proof-of-stake token that can be redeemed for the original CULT amount plus accrued rewards.

Token and supply

CULT serves as the transactable token that generates treasury revenue through its transaction tax. dCULT is a staking derivative representing locked CULT and reward claims. Maximum supply is fixed at approximately 6.67 trillion CULT, with total supply around 4.98 trillion and circulating supply lower due to ongoing distribution.
