What is DeFi Traded Fund?
Overview
DTF is a treasury-backed token designed to function as a traded fund within decentralized finance. The project maintains a reserve of tokenized equities including NVDA, AAPL, MSFT, and AMZN alongside USD-denominated holdings. Trading activity within DTF pairs generates protocol revenue that funds ongoing treasury acquisitions.
How it works
DTF operates on Robinhood Chain. Each trade involving a DTF pair incurs a 3% fee: half funds treasury asset purchases, while the other half accumulates as rewards for stakers. Treasury assets serve as liquidity in the protocol's own pools, creating a cycle where trading volume generates additional fees for further acquisitions.
Token and supply
DTF has a maximum supply of 1 billion tokens with a total supply of approximately 896 million. The token grants staking rights, allowing holders to receive a portion of protocol fees distributed from the prize pool that accumulates from trading activity.
