What is EXOD?
Company and equity
Exodus develops wallet software for holding and transferring digital assets. Its Class A stock also trades on NYSE American as EXOD. The blockchain token represents real company equity. Ownership carries the rights attached to that share class. The issuer participates directly in tokenization.
Registration and networks
Exodus partnered with Superstate in August 2025 to expand tokenization. Superstate's Opening Bell platform records legal ownership on-chain. Superstate acts as a registered transfer agent. Exodus supports common stock tokens on Algorand and Solana. Its January 2026 expansion FAQ still describes Ethereum support as planned.
Share conversion
Eligible holders can tokenize existing Class A shares through the supported process. Tokenization does not automatically convert every outstanding share. These tokens can be held in supported self-custody wallets. Share registration and transfer-agent procedures govern conversion. Supply follows issued equity and corporate actions rather than a cryptocurrency mining schedule.
