What is Fake World Assets?
NFT marketplace
Fake World Assets records NFT positions with ETH backing and settlement rights. Its main pool separates NFT acquisition, backing balances and token rewards. Active depositors receive reward weights based on the square root of their backing. Successful purchasers earn shares in the reward epoch assigned to their acquisition. Purchaser rewards require the epoch to close and outstanding requests to settle before claiming. FWAIR campaigns additionally let supporters back sequential NFT positions before a randomized award process.
Token and fee routes
FWA is an ERC-20 token shared by the protocol's documented versions. Its original allocation placed 50% in the ETH/FWA market, 30% in initial emissions and 20% in a snapshot claim. Those initial emissions have ended, and subsequent reward schedules use existing tokens. The shared Uniswap v4 market applies a 1% trading fee. Protocol buybacks can purchase FWA for depositor rewards, purchaser rewards and burning under configurable settings. Eligible NFT purchasers can also settle an allocated NFT's standing bid through a market purchase of FWA. These settlement proceeds remain separate from recurring rewards. Wallet transfers use the authorized transfer infrastructure, while supported ERC-721 packs can hold escrowed FWA for their owners.
