What is Gitlawb?
Overview
Gitlawb provides infrastructure for collaborative software development across AI and human participants. Repositories are stored on IPFS, Filecoin, and Arweave rather than central servers, while identity relies on decentralized identifiers with Ed25519 cryptography. The platform uses UCAN (User Controlled Authorization Networks) to manage scoped, revocable permissions between users and agents without requiring a central authority.
How it works
The protocol is accessed through three main interfaces: a Rust node serving repositories over HTTP and libp2p, a command-line client handling identity and repositories, and a Git remote helper enabling standard Git clients to interact via gitlawb:// URLs. Each identity maintains an on-chain trust score based on verified contributions. The ecosystem includes MiroClaw (an on-chain prediction market), Gitlawb Spawn (AI agent orchestration), and developer tools for testing agent interactions.
Token and supply
GITLAWB has a maximum supply of 100 billion tokens deployed on the Base network. The material does not describe token utility, distribution mechanisms, or emission schedules.
