What is GRX Chain?

GRX Chain supports Ethereum-style smart contracts and JSON-RPC interfaces. Developers can use Solidity with tools such as Hardhat and Remix. The mainnet chain ID is 1110. Its consensus model is delegated proof of stake. Validators process transactions, while delegators support network participation through staking. Official network materials list an active validator set of up to 21.
Currency and ecosystem
GRX pays network gas and is used in protocol governance. Delegation has a published minimum of 32 GRX. The published validator minimum is 100 GRX. Native GRX has no ERC-20 token contract. WGRX is its one-to-one wrapped representation for exchange and smart-contract integrations. WGRX uses 18 decimal places. The ecosystem includes GRXswap, GRXscan and dedicated staking and proposal portals. GroveX supports the network, while the exchange and blockchain are operated by separate legal entities.
