Intel designs and manufactures semiconductor technology. Its products include processors, accelerators and related software. These serve cloud, enterprise and edge-computing workloads. Intel Foundry combines manufacturing with chip-design and advanced-packaging services. INTCon brings exposure to Intel stock into Ondo's tokenized-asset format. Its value consequently follows the underlying equity exposure. It is issued by Ondo Global Markets (BVI) Limited.
Token and settlement
Ondo structures its stock tokens as notes under Swiss-law sales terms. Underlying securities and cash in transit provide full backing plus an additional buffer. Tokenholders do not receive shareholder voting rights. Eligible users can purchase fractional token amounts. Ondo's primary purchase currency is USDon. USDC can be converted through its stablecoin swapper when liquidity is available. Redemptions can settle in USDon or, subject to swapper liquidity, USDC. Direct issuance and redemption require onboarding and eligibility review. The offering excludes US persons and prohibited jurisdictions.
