What is iShares Core US Aggregate Bond ETF (Ondo Tokenized ETF)?
Underlying bond portfolio
The reference ETF trades as AGG on NYSE Arca. It began operating in September 2003. Its benchmark is the Bloomberg US Aggregate Bond Index. The portfolio covers US investment-grade bonds, including Treasuries, mortgage-backed securities and corporate debt. The fund distributes income monthly. Its published annual expense ratio is 0.03%.
Tokenized return
Ondo Global Markets (BVI) Limited issues the tokenized instrument. Underlying ETF holdings and cash in transit back the exposure. AGGon follows the platform's total-return model. Net distributions are reflected through reinvestment economics. Consequently, a token need not continue representing exactly one ETF share. The token provides economic exposure rather than direct title to fund shares.
Market access
The instrument supports fractional holdings and onchain transfers. Direct platform minting and redemption require eligibility checks and KYC. Access is generally limited to eligible investors outside the United States. Quotes and transaction availability follow Ondo's trading sessions and operating controls. The resulting exposure combines bond-market performance with the tokenization platform's legal and settlement structure.
