What is Mey Network?
Property platform
Mey Network uses Property Token Offerings to represent real-estate participation units. Its platform connects these units with verified properties and asset performance. Rental agreements form part of the information used to determine participation benefits. Mey Real provides the property-tokenization interface. MeyFi is the ecosystem's financial and coordination layer. MEY itself should be distinguished from individual property tokens and ownership interests.
Technology and token
MEY's initial deployment is on Base. The project plans a separate MeyChain network. Its current website schedules MeyChain mainnet for the fourth quarter of 2026. The MEY supply is 2.3 billion tokens. Its utility framework includes staking, tiered access and community voting. Holding MEY can qualify users for ecosystem services under the relevant programme. The published allocation assigns 30% to mining and incentives. Staking rewards receive another 10%. Other allocations cover funding rounds, liquidity, the foundation and contributors. Several allocations use cliffs and staged vesting. MEY ownership alone does not transfer title to a tokenized property.
