What is NOVA?
Compute for chemical exploration
The project coordinates distributed computing around molecular discovery. Its published software provides separate miner and validator processes. Miners configure a GitHub repository for their submissions. Validators assess subnet work through the Bittensor framework. NOVA's setup uses Python and CUDA-enabled computing. Parallel inference can run across multiple GPUs. The configuration includes Boltz and BoltzGen model workloads. These are computational screening tools, rather than evidence of approved medicines.
