What is Overcall?
Overview
Overcall combines elements of trading and prediction markets into a single platform focused on skill-based outcomes. Users can draw price channels on live charts to predict whether prices will remain within those bounds, while others take opposing sides at probability-based odds. All operations are non-custodial and settle onchain against a unified vault that provides instant counterparty liquidity.
How it works
The platform operates on the Robinhood blockchain as a trustless system where pricing derives from decentralized oracles and the pricing model is hardcoded onchain, allowing independent verification of all outcomes. In the Channels product, users create price predictions that either resolve in their favor or against them. Prediction participants can take opposing positions on any channel while creators earn royalties on matched trades.
Token and supply
The OVER token powers all platform functions and serves as the single token across the entire ecosystem. Maximum supply is fixed at 1 billion tokens, with the same amount currently in total supply.
