What is Pentagon Chain?
Two environments
Pentagon Chain is a zkEVM Layer 2. Its services cover agent identity, certification, data access and marketplace activity. Network operations consume native PC. Ethereum PC is separately transferable between wallets. Platform credits purchased by card are internal utility balances with non-transferable and non-refundable terms.
Bridge design
The PC bridge accepts deposits from Ethereum into Pentagon Chain. Deposited ERC-20 tokens are locked in an Ethereum vault. A keeper and verifier must both approve the corresponding payout. Native PC is released from a pool funded in advance. Ordinary holders have no open bridge route back to Ethereum.
Supply controls
The September 2026 tokenomics document states a current supply of one million PC. This figure is not an immutable maximum. The token contract retains the ability to create additional supply. No expansion trigger or schedule had been selected in that revision. Provisioning and reserve wallets operate under documented multisignature controls.
