What is Pharaoh Liquid Staking Token?
Position structure
Pharaoh is an exchange whose xPHAR holders direct liquidity incentives. xPHAR itself is a non-transferable governance position. Users can deposit xPHAR to mint p33. The initial p33-to-xPHAR ratio is one to one. Rewards increase the amount of xPHAR represented by each p33. This makes the receipt’s exchange rate distinct from its market price. The token can be traded as an alternative to retaining a directly staked xPHAR position.
Rewards and exits
The liquid-staking system automates votes and reward collection. Fees and voting incentives are sold for PHAR after weekly epochs. Compounding increases the p33-to-xPHAR ratio. Rebases are also included in this accounting. Minting restrictions apply around voting and the post-epoch buyback period. p33 does not remove xPHAR’s direct exit penalty. Redeeming xPHAR into PHAR returns 50% of the underlying amount under the documented model. A market sale of p33 instead depends on available liquidity and its trading price.
