Gold-based construction
RAAC's whitepaper describes backing through tokenized gold reserves that remain in the ground. I-ON Digital is identified as a tokenization partner. The documented valuation applies a substantial discount to those reserves. The protocol adapts the first version of f(x)'s stablecoin architecture. Deposited gold-share tokens support the creation of a stable component and a leveraged component. The latter absorbs changes in collateral value before the stable component. RAAC internalizes that leveraged exposure in its published design.
Oracle pricing and peg support
The technical integration uses an Instruxi price source connected to a Chainlink gold feed. Minting depends on collateral valuation. Supply consequently follows issuance against assets rather than a fixed distribution cap. A separate peg-stability module offers pmUSD swaps into sUSDS. It values incoming pmUSD at one dollar internally and deducts a swap fee. Its sUSDS reserves finance those exits. The module permits swaps in that direction only. Its accounting target and reserve mechanism support the intended dollar peg.
