What is Pundi X?
Retail payments
Pundi X develops XPOS point-of-sale systems for merchants. The devices support buying, selling and spending supported cryptocurrencies. XPASS provides a card interface for the payment ecosystem. Wallet applications connect customers with compatible merchant services. XPOS supports multiple digital assets rather than requiring every purchase to use PUNDIX. PUNDIX also participates in the platform's service and incentive framework.
Supply and network role
The redenomination created an initial supply of 258,498,693 PUNDIX. The token model does not include new PUNDIX minting. Token removals can reduce that supply. Pundi X's chain infrastructure introduced delegation and PURSE rewards. PURSE is a separate reward token. The Pundi AIFX integration design assigns network gas to the AIFX asset. Its PUNDIX utility framework includes payments for platform upgrades and service support. Enterprise XPOS uses form another part of that design.
