What is Renzo?
Products and risk decisions
Renzo's infrastructure includes a Staking Suite, Reserve Vaults and an Enterprise Suite. Its staking products connect deposited assets with validator and restaking services. Protocol governance can decide which collateral types are accepted. It can also set concentration limits for deposited assets. Operator selection and supported actively validated services are additional governance responsibilities. Treasury spending and ecosystem grants fall within the same framework.
Token distribution and voting
REZ has a total supply of ten billion tokens. Community distribution receives 32% of supply. Fundraising participants receive 31.56%, core contributors 20%, and the foundation 12.44%. Binance Launchpool and liquidity receive 2.5% and 1.5% respectively. Contributor tokens have a one-year cliff followed by two years of linear vesting. Renzo uses Snapshot for governance voting. Eligible REZ holders can delegate their voting power. Its voting framework also recognizes supported staked REZ positions.
