What is Rollbit Coin?
Token history
Rollbit introduced RLB on November 10, 2021. The token initially used Solana and started with five billion units. Early distribution included free allocations to platform users. A 2023 migration moved its operation to Ethereum. RLB now uses ERC-20 transfers, while previous burns have already reduced the original allocation.
Revenue-funded purchases
Rollbit introduced its Buy and Burn mechanism in August 2023. The published model directs portions of casino, sportsbook and futures revenue into hourly RLB purchases. Ninety percent of acquired tokens is burned. The remaining ten percent is allocated to qualifying Rollbot NFT stakers. The amount purchased varies with platform revenue. Burning permanently reduces available token supply.
Platform benefits
Qualifying RLB holdings can reduce Rollbit futures trading fees. The token also supports additional rakeback under the platform's rewards program. These benefits depend on account eligibility and the applicable balance thresholds. The RLB lottery uses token allocations to determine participation and chances within its published round rules. Rollbot NFT staking and holding RLB are separate components of these programs.
