What is Securitize Tokenized AAA CLO Fund?
Credit portfolio
Collateralized loan obligations pool corporate loans and issue securities with different repayment priorities. STAC focuses on AAA-rated tranches at the senior end of that structure. Its assets therefore consist of structured-credit investments rather than cryptocurrency collateral. BNY serves as custodian for the underlying fund assets. BNY Investments supplies the fund's sub-advisory services.
Tokenized access
Securitize manages the tokenization and investor-access infrastructure. Eligible investors subscribe through its platform after the required identity and eligibility checks. Fund interests were initially made available on Ethereum. STAC subsequently expanded to Solana in 2026. Tokenization records the fund interest on a blockchain while custody and portfolio management operate through the fund's institutional arrangements.
Valuation
STAC's value follows the fund's assets and valuation procedures. It is a fund-share token rather than a dollar-pegged payment coin.
