What is Shuffle?
Platform and participation
Shuffle is an online gaming platform operated by Natural Nine B.V. SHFL uses Ethereum's ERC-20 token standard. Its initial distribution began in March 2024. The platform's lottery accepts SHFL staking as a participation mechanism. Lottery payouts are denominated in USDC. Staking supplies eligibility for a chance-based draw rather than a fixed interest payment.
Supply and distribution
The initial supply was 1 billion SHFL, with no additional issuance in the token design. Three community airdrops account for 28% of that allocation. The treasury receives 31.2%, and the team receives 25%. Early investors receive 8.8%. The remaining allocation covered the liquidity bootstrapping pool and liquidity-mining program. Team and investor distributions follow their respective vesting terms.
Revenue allocation
The current burn policy assigns 30% of SHFL-denominated net gaming revenue to weekly burns. Those burns reduce the outstanding token supply. A separate policy directs 15% of net gaming revenue from other currencies to the lottery. That lottery allocation replaced the earlier buyback arrangement in October 2024. Lottery funding and SHFL destruction therefore use different revenue streams.
