What is Solrouter?
Overview
Solrouter enables private AI inference by encrypting user queries client-side before processing them on decentralized GPU infrastructure. The protocol eliminates three conventional trust assumptions: prompts remain hidden from servers, agent state is not held centrally, and settlement does not depend on trusting the inference operator. Users submit encrypted requests that are processed inside isolated execution environments, with results verified cryptographically on Solana.
How it works
Queries are encrypted in the browser using Arcium's RescueCipher before being sent to Nosana's decentralized GPU network. Open-source models run inference inside Trusted Execution Environments where operators cannot access plaintext data. Each transaction produces a cryptographic attestation anchored to Solana, creating a verifiable record of computation.
Token and supply
ROUTER is the native token used to pay for inference queries on the network. The maximum supply is 1 billion tokens, with a total supply of approximately 999 million.
