What is SoSoValue?

Platform and indices

SoSoValue combines market data, research tools and crypto-index products. Its SoSoValue Index system packages selected asset baskets into investable on-chain products. Index portfolios have their own composition and implementation rules. SOSO itself does not represent ownership of all assets in those portfolios. The token instead supports incentives and services around the platform.

Token functions

Staking SOSO can increase participation rewards in supported index-mining programs. The ecosystem also uses staking requirements for designated index-service participants. SOSO supports governance of ecosystem development and parameters. Its published utility framework includes SoDEX trading benefits, advertising payments and access to AI-assisted services. Individual features have different rollout schedules, so the framework does not make every planned premium service immediately available.

Issuance

SOSO has a total supply of one billion tokens. The official deployment includes ERC-20 contracts on Base and Ethereum. Thirty percent of the allocation is designated for ecosystem airdrops. Core contributors receive 33%, while investors receive 16.5%. The remaining allocation covers the foundation and ecosystem partners. Contributor allocations use an initial lock followed by scheduled vesting rather than entering circulation at once.
