What is Sounder Liquidity?
Overview
Sounder Liquidity is a measurement tool designed for traders and developers operating on Robinhood Chain. It reads pool state directly from the blockchain and reports the actual fill cost for orders of any size, rather than the nominal price quoted for negligible trades. The tool helps users understand genuine liquidity absorption capacity across different exchange venues.
How it works
Sounder operates on Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663) and supports four pool architectures: Uniswap v3, Uniswap v4, Algebra-style pools, and constant product pools. For each venue, the system replays swap calculations step-by-step to determine where liquidity becomes constrained, then reports the resulting cost in basis points including fees, price impact, and actual gas consumption measured from historical on-chain transactions. The project also publishes two contracts: SounderLens for viewing pool data with correct swap fees, and SounderExecutor for enforcing minimum output protections.
