What is Spiko US T-Bills Money Market Fund?
Fund and underlying assets
The fund launched on 15 May 2024. It is domiciled in France and approved by the French Financial Markets Authority. Twenty First Capital acts as asset manager. CACEIS serves as depositary and oversees fund accounting. The investment mandate centres on short-term U.S. Treasury bills. Income is accumulated within the fund. Each token represents a fund share with a business-day net asset value. USTBL is therefore a fund investment rather than a stablecoin redeemable at a permanently fixed dollar price.
Token issuance and settlement
Subscriptions create shares and redemptions remove them. Supply changes with investor flows rather than a predetermined emission schedule. The tokens implement ERC-20 and ERC-1363 on supported EVM networks. Spiko also supports share issuance on Starknet and Stellar. Wallets must be allowlisted before holding the shares. Transfers between approved wallets move legal ownership of the investment. Fund orders follow business-day execution and cutoff rules. Secondary transfers can settle onchain independently of that order-processing schedule. The fund's Treasury yield changes with its portfolio and market conditions.
