What is TokenPocket Token?

Wallet ecosystem

TokenPocket was founded in 2018. Its wallet supports multiple networks, including Ethereum, Bitcoin, BNB Smart Chain and Solana. Private keys are generated and stored on the user's device. Mobile and browser-extension products connect users to tokens and decentralized applications. KeyPal adds a hardware-wallet option within the ecosystem.

TPT utility

TPT has been used in the process for submitting token information and logos. Developers pay the required TPT donation before their submissions are reviewed. A listed logo does not constitute an endorsement of the submitted asset. TPT DAO proposals address service requirements and ecosystem funding. Voting requires staking TPT and receiving xTPT.

Supply policy

The July 2025 buyback proposal cited an existing supply of approximately 3.466 billion TPT. It proposed using a portion of Transit Swap revenue to purchase tokens. Purchased tokens would be burned on a six-month schedule until supply reached one billion. That target describes the proposed reduction rather than the current circulating amount. TPT transfers and wallet transactions still require the relevant blockchain's gas asset.
