What is tx?
Network and tokenisation
The TX network continues Coreum's blockchain infrastructure. Its architecture uses the Cosmos SDK and CometBFT consensus. Bonded proof of stake allows holders to delegate tokens to validators. Validators process transactions, while slashing applies to specified faults. Smart Tokens embed asset controls at protocol level. Available controls include whitelisting, freezing and clawbacks. These features support regulated tokenisation and programmable transfer rules. IBC provides connectivity with compatible external chains.
Migration and emissions
The migration model converts existing COREUM and SOLO balances into TX. A separate Proof of Support Emission programme provides for 100 billion tokens locked in on-chain vesting accounts. These allocations release monthly over seven years. The community staking share receives 40%, treasury and operations 30%, and founding partners 20%. The remaining 10% is divided among growth, investors and the team. Staker allocations depend on both delegated quantity and time staked, with scores reset after each distribution. Rewards are credited to existing delegations, and an active delegation is required at distribution. These scheduled emissions are distinct from ordinary validator staking rewards.
