What is U2U Network?
Overview
U2U Network is a smart contract platform built on directed acyclic graph technology rather than traditional blockchain architecture. It targets decentralized physical infrastructure use cases that require high performance and seamless interoperability. The network consists of two components: U2U Chain as the base layer and U2U Subnet as a scaling solution.
How it works
U2U Chain uses a DAG structure to achieve low latency and rapid transaction finality. The network employs aBFT (asynchronous Byzantine fault tolerance) for security and a modified delegated proof-of-stake mechanism for block validation. U2U Subnet provides unlimited scalability through Universal Messages Verification and OstracismVM, an original virtual machine that enables seamless connectivity between layers.

U2U has a maximum supply of 10 billion tokens. The total supply is approximately 9.15 billion tokens. U2U token contracts are deployed on Ethereum.
