What is Vision?
Launch and governance
VSN launched on 16 July 2025. BEST holders converted at 4.91 VSN per BEST. Pantos holders converted at 0.89 VSN per PAN. The launch supply was 4.2 billion VSN. The Vision Web3 Foundation issues and manages the token. Bitpanda established the foundation in Zug in 2025. Token governance covers emission parameters, reward pools and protocol changes. Staking rewards use emissions, so the launch supply is not an immutable maximum.
Products and network economics
VSN supports trading-fee benefits in eligible Bitpanda products. It also connects loyalty rewards, launchpad access and community voting. The ecosystem includes Bitpanda's DeFi Wallet and its tokenization infrastructure. Vision Chain was announced in March 2026 using the Optimism OP Stack. Its design targets issuance and settlement of tokenized financial assets. The chain's announced transaction-fee model uses euro stablecoins. A portion of network revenue is directed toward purchasing and removing VSN from circulation. This links VSN to network economics without requiring every user to pay gas in the token.
