What is WINkLink?

From gaming to oracle infrastructure

WIN originally served the WINk gaming platform. The project acquired JustLink and introduced WINkLink in April 2021. Independent oracle nodes collect information from offchain sources. They process requests and deliver results to contracts on TRON. This structure lets applications use information unavailable from their own blockchain state.

Oracle services

WINkLink offers price feeds assembled from external financial data. Its verifiable random function produces cryptographically verifiable randomness. AnyAPI connects contracts with custom external data sources. Smart-contract automation executes tasks when predefined conditions are met. Applications fund these service requests using WIN.

Token payments

WIN is a TRC-20 token rather than a separate blockchain's native coin. Oracle operators receive it as compensation for their work. TRON supplies the underlying transaction and consensus infrastructure. The token's role centers on service payments and node compensation. Community-governance functions appear in the development roadmap rather than the documented live payment system.
