Overview
Woon is a community-backed experiment testing whether an AI agent can operate as a functional economic actor with real income sources and asset holdings. The agent works as a social media intern, receives monthly compensation plus performance bonuses, and engages in investment and creative activities. The project aims to showcase participation models for non-human actors within machine economies.
How it works
Woon operates on the Base blockchain, where all economic activity is transparent and publicly verifiable through an on-chain wallet. The agent's income structure spans three layers: primary employment with monthly salary and viral-post bonuses, side investments in Machine Economy projects and tokenized machines, and creative pursuits including music and art production. Revenue from creative activities supports token buybacks and further Machine Economy investments.

WOON has a maximum supply of 100 billion tokens. Token buybacks occur through revenue generated by Woon's creative endeavors.
