Issuance and burn accounting
The current issuance is 1,111,111,111 WWB. The design does not include further token minting. ChronoBurn sends tokens to a designated dead address. Those transfers remove tokens from usable circulation. They do not necessarily reduce the token contract's totalSupply figure. Effective supply subtracts dead-address holdings from total supply. Cross-chain infrastructure uses LayerZero's OFT model. Administrative functions use separated control roles and multisignature arrangements.
