What is Zebec Network?

Payment infrastructure

Sam Thapaliya launched Zebec in November 2021. Its original protocol used Solana contracts to stream payments over time. The network expanded into payroll, disbursements and payment-card services. These products connect blockchain balances with recurring financial operations. Employers and users access the relevant services under their product-specific arrangements.

ZBCN migration

Zebec introduced ZBCN in 2024 as its broader product network developed. The migration exchanged each ZBC for ten ZBCN. It preserved proportional ownership through a redenomination rather than adding an unrelated allocation to existing holders. The published maximum supply is one hundred billion ZBCN. The new token operates on Solana. Its utility centers on product fees and ecosystem participation rather than replacing SOL as the blockchain's gas asset.

Governance and incentives

ZBCN supports the Zebec DAO's voting process. The governance model combines on-chain proposals with off-chain consultation and review. Product usage can generate fees settled through the network's token arrangements. Zebec also operates staking, card incentives and a revenue-linked buyback program. Each program has its own eligibility and reward terms. Bought-back or staked tokens should not be treated as permanently destroyed solely because they leave open-market circulation.
